Pharmacy Weight Loss Knottingley is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultations and dispensing services to patients in Knottingley and surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to decline to provide services to any individual where it is clinically or legally appropriate to do so. It is your responsibility to ensure all information you provide is truthful and up to date. All prescription weight loss medications dispensed through our service require completion of an online consultation. Our prescribing pharmacist will review your responses and make an independent clinical decision regarding your suitability for treatment.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or amend any prescription where our pharmacist determines it is not clinically appropriate. A prescription being issued on one occasion does not guarantee future prescriptions will be issued.
You must inform us of any changes to your health, medications or circumstances before each order. Prescription medicines supplied through this service are for your personal use only and must not be shared with others.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time. The price applicable to your order will be confirmed at checkout before payment is taken. We will not charge additional amounts after payment has been completed without your prior consent.
Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our prescribing pharmacist, delivery will be made within 1 working day. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
Delivery is to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts or circumstances beyond our control. If a parcel is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medicines, in accordance with UK regulations on the return of dispensed medicines.
If you believe an error has occurred with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate promptly. Refunds for non-prescription items or services not yet rendered will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
